Ascendum Group strengthens U.S. presence with the acquisition of Reynolds-Warren

Acquisition with an enterprise value of approximately US$20 million expands the Group’s presence in Georgia and strengthens its ability to serve Volvo Construction Equipment customers

Ascendum Group, through its U.S. subsidiary Ascendum Machinery, has acquired Reynolds-Warren Equipment Company, a Georgia-based distributor specializing in asphalt paving, compaction, pavement preservation and municipal equipment. The transaction represents an enterprise value of approximately US$20 million.

The acquisition is part of Ascendum’s strategy to continue growing and consolidating its position in the markets where it operates, strengthening its Volvo Construction Equipment business and bringing its teams and services closer to customers.

Reynolds-Warren’s facilities will expand Ascendum’s local presence in Georgia and provide additional infrastructure to support Volvo Construction Equipment customers. This greater proximity will strengthen sales,rent and customer services coverage, improve access to parts and technical support, and create opportunities to further develop the Volvo business in the region.

Founded in 1977, Reynolds-Warren brings nearly five decades of industry expertise and established relationships with contractors and public entities across Georgia. All 35 employees will join Ascendum, adding specialist knowledge and strengthening the Group’s capabilities in road construction equipment.

The combination of Reynolds-Warren’s local expertise and customer relationships with Ascendum’s broader resources will enable the Group to offer more comprehensive equipment and service solutions, helping customers improve productivity and operational efficiency.

The acquisition reinforces Ascendum’s long-term commitment to the United States and its focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence and close customer relationships. Ascendum Machinery is the largest Volvo Construction Equipment dealer in the United States.
