Ascendum USA takes 4th Place at Volvo Masters Final

Ascendum USA has achieved 4th place at the Volvo CE Masters 2026 World Final, competing on the global stage alongside the best Volvo CE dealer teams from around the world.

Volvo CE Masters - The Battle of Skills - is one of the largest technical skills competitions in the global construction equipment industry. It brings together Service Technicians from  Volvo CE dealers worldwide to test the capabilities that matter most in their daily work, from practical machine challenges and product knowledge to problem-solving and teamwork under pressure.

The World Final took place in September at the Volvo CE Customer Center in Eskilstuna, Sweden, bringing together the top-performing teams after a demanding competition journey that began with nearly 3,000 participants worldwide.

Ascendum USA earned its place in the World Final after winning the North American Regional Final in April in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Competing among 14 of the best Volvo CE dealer teams worldwide, the team rose to the challenge and delivered a strong performance throughout the World Final, securing an impressive 4th place overall.

More than technical knowledge

At the World Final, these capabilities are put to the test through challenges designed to reflect the demands Service Technicians face in their daily work.

Technical knowledge is only part of it. The competition requires precision, fast and effective problem-solving, sound decision-making under pressure and, above all, strong teamwork.

Throughout the World Final, the Ascendum USA team demonstrated these capabilities on the global stage. And that is what makes this result particularly meaningful: the same expertise tested in the competition is the expertise our customers rely on every day - to diagnose problems, find the right solutions, keep their machines running and their operations moving forward.

Representing Ascendum USA at the World Final were David Turner, Coach; Hunter Stafford, Field Service Technician; Suzie Turner, Commercial/Parts; Scott Cox, Rapid Response Technician; Jeremy Ford, Rapid Response Technician; and Trey Davis, Lead Shop Technician.

Their 4th-place finish reflects both the technical capabilities of the team and the collaboration behind the Service expertise Ascendum delivers every day.
