Through this window into 2025, Ascendum reflects a year of solid performance, continued evolution and sustained focus across its markets.
In a demanding global context, the Group maintained stability in its results, reinforcing the strength and resilience of its business model.
In 2025, Ascendum reported €1.3 billion in turnover and €148 million EBITDA (12% of sales), while maintaining a strong financial position with a net debt of €27 million.
Across geographies, performance showed positive developments, supported by strong operational execution and the continued evolution of the organization.
The maturity of Ascendum’s teams played a key role in accelerating digital transformation and supporting ongoing organizational modernization.
The continued rollout of the Lighthouse Program — the Group’s global digital transformation initiative — is a clear example of this progress, enabling more integrated customer interaction and a more connected operating model. At the same time, Service and aftermarket activities remained a key driver of value creation, reinforcing Ascendum’s ability to support customers beyond equipment and across their operational needs.
As highlighted by the CEO:
“Our teams demonstrated a high level of maturity, discipline, and strategic clarity — carefully balancing volumes and margins to ensure sustainable performance.”
This combination of operational discipline, transformation and customer focus allowed Ascendum to maintain a strong competitive position and reinforce its role as a trusted partner across markets.
With a clear benchmark defined, Ascendum looks ahead to 2026 with continued focus on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
